How the firm works
Hyderabad is absorbing office space at a record pace — 7.5 mn sq ft leased in the first half of 2026, up 29% year on year (Knight Frank). Both sides of that market are served badly at the mid-market end. An owner with a 20,000–50,000 sq ft vacant floor cannot get the attention of the global advisories, so the block sits with brokers forwarding the same PDF around. A growing company gets the mirror problem: fifteen brokers, forty half-relevant listings, and indicative rents nobody will put in writing.
